Kremlin says can sue Nord Streams saboteurs for damage
MOSCOW, Mar 27 (PRIME) -- The Russian presidential administration sees it justified to submit a damage compensation claim over sabotage on the Nord Streams gas pipelines when the perpetrator is found, spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on Monday.
"Look, if we are speaking about sabotage by one or several states, the information has so far confirmed that sabotage of such a large scale and a terrorist attack against key infrastructure could not be performed without participation of a state and state intelligence with all its potential,” he said.
“Then, yes, it will be a justified question."
He said that the Western states are taking all possible measures in order to hush the accident and the investigation, but Russia will do its best not to let it happen.
